Bell's Landing

The vision is an environmentally sensitive community of diverse and lively neighborhoods that responds to the beauty and agricultural legacy of Bells Bend. The plan includes residential units, retail/office within a town center, civic buildings, parks, trails, working farms and conservation areas on the 836-acre site.

The design is based on traditional rural villages and hamlets, and strongly influenced by the conservation development ethic resulting in a community truly of its place.
