Brentwood Pattern Book and Towne Center Drive

HPI worked with the City to develop a pattern book for future development and design guidelines for streetscapes. The first phase of this vision was to implement the infrastructure and streetscape elements for the roundabout and adjacent streets.

HPI participated in the team effort to provide construction documents for the pavement design, site furniture, and street lighting locations as it related to the street trees, structural soils, landscape, and irrigation.
