Cherokee Crossing

This urban infill residential subdivision is nestled between the historic Sylvan Park and Cherokee Park neighborhoods in West Nashville. The 6.68 acre site was redeveloped to provide for 36 residential units.

The site layout is based on pre-World War II neighborhood patterns, also know as Traditional Neighborhood Development, which allows for shallow front build-to lines, front porches, streetscape elements such as sidewalks and shade trees, and alley access to rear garages.
