Hendersonville Town Center Master Plan

HPI led the planning team responsible for creating and presenting the master plan, encompassing approximately 200 acres, to the City of Hendersonville.

Utilizing GIS data from the City, historical data, economic and architectural surveys and extensive input from steering committees (through the charrette process) HPI presented a final concept plan. Items addressed include streetscape and design guidelines, intersections, waterfront, greenway connections, parking, signage and gateways.
