Rizer Point

This planned community applies traditional neighborhood design principles characteristic of Franklin's historic neighborhoods and the desired attributes set forth in the City's design standards.

Elements incorporated in the plan include a fine-grained block structure for connectivity between the community and surrounding context. Design also focused on the public realm and the pedestrian experience through the placement of buildings, alleys, tree-lined sidewalks and parallel parking.
