Rolling Mill Hill Master Plan

HPI collaborated with the design team on this master plan. The goals set forth are to create a model for infill community development, a sustainable multi-use product mix, and a catalyst for the redevelopment of surrounding neighborhoods. Preservation of historic structures and the creation of a walkable neighborhood are also key elements of the plan.

Phase one of the project included the development of streetscape, residential parcels and public spaces within the existing framework.
