Union City Corridor Plan

HPI collaborated with the design team to identify and recommend appropriate transportation improvement strategies for development of this fast growing corridor.

Utilizing GIS data and participating in a community outreach process, the goal was to promote a coordinated approach to land use and provide recommendations for forecasted growth. HPI was responsible for mapping; including inventory, analysis and development for land use, zoning, natural features, and pedestrian circulation.
