Adelicia Park

HPI provided design and construction documents for all aspects of this private urban park exclusively for the Adelicia Condominiums. The project was also a joint venture with the Land Trust for TN and placed under a conservation easement, the first urban endeavor for the Land Trust.

The park includes a fountain, seating areas and extensive planting including a grand lawn that is suitable for private parties. HPI also worked with an artist to provide for a sculpture of the park's namesake.
