Richland Park Master Plan

HPI provided this master plan for an existing Metro park to help unify the space and uses, and improve connections to the neighborhoods. A major component was also to improve parking, access and circulation issues within the park.

The design reintroduces historic elements, establishes new entrances and provides for improvements related to public safety. The plan also provides opportunities for adjacent schools and other neighborhood centers to utilize the park as a civic resource.
