As community relations' consultants, HPI ensured dialogue between the design team, developer, community and government for this mixed-use facility. Through focus groups and meetings, HPI assisted the design team and neighborhood in collaboratively creating a successful architectural scheme.

HPI consulted on site layout, ensuring adherence to urban design principles and pedestrian friendliness. Construction documents were provided for streetscape, entrance plazas, landscape and irrigation.
