Maryville Civic Arts Center & Fine Arts Building

This new complex is located on the Maryville College campus. HPI was charged with developing the design for the outdoor spaces around the buildings.

The most significant of these is a large plaza formed by the new facilities. The design includes an interactive fountain, amphitheater, café areas, seating, spaces for temporary sculpture, and a grand staircase.

Construction is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2009, with a value of approximately $36.3 million.
