NorthCrest Medical Center

HPI worked with the design team on this master plan for a 75-acre parcel adjacent to the NorthCrest Medical Center. The plan allows for a mix of uses including assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

Also included are medical office buildings, independent living units, mixed-use buildings with retail and residential units above, hospice care, a chapel, town homes, and cottage units. Numerous site amenities including a 3.6 acre lake, community green space, and walking trails.
