Wendell Foster's Campus for Developmental Disabilities

This campus is a facility that serves individuals with any type of developmental disability. HPI was selected to design a two-acre sensory park, playground and improve circulation to make the campus more accessible to residents and staff.

Notable design features include creation of gathering areas, bioretention areas and a small pond. The playground was custom designed and includes a tree house among the existing trees. Local art was integrated throughout the park.
