5th and Main In addition to focusing on urban design principles, HPI worked to incorporate many sustainable elements into this east Nashville property. HPI was integral in the vision and goal of the project to acquire LEED certification and was responsible for design of many of the site features. The site includes underground parking and a 700 SF green roof. In addition, the plant materials are native and adaptive species, which are supplemented by a water efficient irrigation system.
