Freeman Webb Office Building

This 3-story development sits within the Bedford Avenue UDO (Urban Design Overlay) and is part of the Bedford Common mixed use redevelopment corridor. HPI was responsible for the design and detailing of the site elements and greenroof amenity deck with associated plantings.

This building is pre-registered as LEED-CS Gold and has incorporated many elements of green design such as; solar panels, green roof and amenity terraces, future rainwater harvesting system, an efficient irrigation system, and native plant materials.
