Hill Center Belle Meade

During the design process for this retail/office redevelopment, HPI worked with the client to provide a significant increase in green space over the pre-development conditions. HPI also worked to ensure connections to the adjacent greenway.

In working with local officials and the engineer, several sustainable features were incorporated - including a cistern that collects roof water and condensate to provide irrigation for the site, 3 large bio retention areas and an infiltration trench.
