HPI was part of the design team for this new office building and in charge of site planning and the landscape design. The site plan is designed to meet the needs of the client and be sustainable with approach to storm water management.

The design incorporates two rain gardens to treat on site storm water infiltration from the roof and parking lot, with native plants appropriate for the wet and dry soils. Porous paving and recycled materials were also used in the parking area.
