Terrazzo

Terrazzo is a vertical mixed-use building located in Nashville's Gulch Neighborhood. The14-story project includes 109 condominium units, retail and office space. HPI collaborated with the design team on the site plan and amenity terraces.

The project includes a signature entry plaza, streetscape, water harvesting system, green roofs, and a pool terrace. The project is currently a registered LEED project and is expected to receive a silver rating.
