The Adelicia

HPI was responsible for site related design for this 18-story residential and retail condominium tower. This included the design of an amenity deck on the 6th floor with swimming pool, sundeck, dining arbors and several green roof areas.

These green roof areas are intensive and include both native plant materials and materials best suited for the specific rooftop conditions. HPI designed a custom drip irrigation system to support the plant materials that can be adjusted over time.
