Memphis MPO Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan

HPI worked with the design team to develop a vision for bikeway and pedestrian facilities for the MPO region. The vision was to identify the opportunities for enhancing bicycle and pedestrian travel in the region. The process included inventory and evaluation of over 1,300 miles of existing streets. HPI assisted during public outreach by facilitating meetings, workshops, developing surveys and a project website. HPI also utilized GIS software for maps and to provide documentation for the final report.
