Situated on a prominent corner in East Nashville, phase I includes residential units, townhouses, office space and also retail on the first floor. Key components include an active streetscape, courtyard with cable lighting, planters, seating, and a terrace that includes a green roof.

HPI focused on urban design principles for successful integration into the surrounding neighborhoods. HPI was also integral in development of the project to be LEED certified. Phase I completed 2008.
