Brownstones at First and Church

A 2.2 acre urban residential development serves as a model 'infill' project. The development features 26 single-family town homes compatible with the existing context and representative of late 1800s architecture. HPI provided the site design and construction documents for two urban courtyards as well as landscape and irrigation design. The design preserved a 20" Sugar Maple and incorporated current urban forestry recommendations for compatible construction methods and preservation.
