Suntrust Office Tower

HPI served as site planner and landscape architect for this 1.5-acre site, which includes a 13-story office building and a 5-story subterranean garage in the heart of downtown.

The site plan incorporates an east and west rooftop plaza and the urban streetscape.

The east plaza includes a reflective pool to be viewed from above as well as a water wall serving as a focal point from the corner. The west plaza provides outdoor dining for the new restaurant facility.
