A $55 million infill project featuring residential and retail in a contemporary 18-story loft condominium tower, it boasts 225 residential units, brownstone inspired 4-story residential town homes, retail space, and a concealed 6-story parking garage.

HPI was responsible for site related design; an amenity deck on the 6th floor with swimming pool, sundeck, green roof areas, and dining arbors; terraces for the residential units; terraces on the 17th floor; and a neighborhood pocket park.
