HPI was a participant in the design process for this 221-acre subdivision, which includes a 14-acre linear park. HPI was able to incorporate many existing natural features of the site into the open space and parks plan. Design and construction documents were provided for features related to the parks, community pool, entrances, signage and streetscape. Native plants, meadows, buffers and stream plantings were carefully considered for integration with the surrounding landscape.
