Downtown Nashville Streetscape Master Plan

HPI prepared streetscape guidelines for the downtown area to provide a clear vision for downtown Nashville's public realm along with detailed and decisive policies that will help facilitate the creation of future streetscapes.

Three districts were identified and a palette of streetscape elements was recommended in each of these areas including streetlights, furniture and paving materials. Recommendations were also developed to treat various intersections and meet ADA requirements.
