Maryville Streetscape Master Plan and Implementation

HPI completed the development of the streetscape master plan with goals to develop a safe and dynamic pedestrian atmosphere that will continue to encourage the return of citizens and visitors and the renewed investment in the downtown.

Elements of the plan included streetscape enhancements and public space, signage, and establishment of gateways. These elements were strengthened through the development of a cohesive image that interprets the unique qualities of the downtown and history.
