Hawkins Partners Inc. is proud to have been involved in the planning, design, and construction phases of Seven Springs. Located on Old Hickory Boulevard, Seven Springs is a mixed-use development consisting off 400,00 s.f. office, 50,000 s.f. retail and two 1,000 care parking decks on a 10.9 acre site. Site design elements include a pedestrian activated streetscape, which consists of wide sidewalks for shoppers, places for people to sit and relax or visit with friends, and outdoor dining. Sustainability elements include native plant material and low-flow efficient irrigation as well as a strong reliance on pedestrian amenities.
