Hawkins Partners was involved with the Station 40 project from conception helping the client develop a plan for rezoning the property from industrial use to an exemplary mixed use facility with several retail tenants, multi-family residential units, single family housing and 2 privately maintained pocket parks open to the community. HPI coordinated the design and construction of the streets capes and amenity spaces including a pool and dining courtyard, a bocce court, and large overhead steel structures that evoke the site’s industrial past.
