Geodis Park is a highly anticipated commercial development located at the Nashville, TN historic fairgrounds directly adjacent to the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. Serving as the home stadium for the Nashville FC, the long-awaited arena is projected to be the largest dedicated soccer stadium in North America. The property has historically been used to host the Nashville Fairgrounds, which has since been relocated to an improved expo building on the same property. HPI collaborated with Populous Architects and a multitude of esteemed disciplines to create this unique development.

HPI was responsible for site design and related architectural site elements. This also includes a vivid plant palette that distinguishes itself from similar developments yet adheres to an aesthetic that would complement such a large-scale sporting environment.
