HPI crafted the initial concept and assisted Manual Zeitlin Architects in the entitlement and construction documentation of the mixed use HG Hill Acklen development in Hillsboro Village district in Nashville, TN. The project consists of 12,400 sf of ground floor retail with 42 residential units above 116 structured parking spaces. The residential units wrap a rooftop courtyard amenity area that includes outdoor gathering areas for the residents, featuring a lounge / grill area and water feature.
