Belle Meade Village
Belle Meade Village is a 15.5-acre mixed-use development reimagining the entrance to Nashville's most established residential corridor. Slated for completion in 2028, the project will deliver a walkable village of retail, dining, and residential uses where green space, parks, and public walkways comprise approximately 60% of the site.
Hawkins Partners has been engaged since master planning, leading landscape architecture across the full development. Hawkins Partners' scope includes design of a centralized gathering space at the heart of the village, activation of Richland Creek and connection to its namesake greenway trail system, a pedestrian trail network linking residents to Sylvan Park and McCabe Park, and landscape design for residential towers and amenity areas.
