Symphony Place

HPI provided landscape architectural services for this office and retail tower located in downtown Nashville. The building received LEED Gold certification, the first in downtown Nashville.

HPI was responsible for a 29,000 SF green roof with gathering areas that incorporate reflective pavers to reduce heat gain. The site provides all parking in a structured garage. The landscaping is a native and adapted species plant palette with a water-efficient irrigation system.
